START/SWITCH OFF
IMPORTANT:
Check that the clearing blade is not touching
the ground or an object when starting the
product – risk of serious personal injury.
1. Hold the product firmly with both hands.
2. Press in the start inhibitor (1) and press in
the power switch (2).

4. Release the power switch to switch off.

DISPLAY OF BATTERY STATUS
1. Press the button on the battery to show
the battery charge with the status lights.

2. The status light go off after 5 seconds.
The battery needs to be charged when the
status lights flash.

Check that all the parts are correctly and firmly
in place and that the product has no visible
defects.
Keep the product correctly
• Always maintain a firm footing and good
balance.
• Do not overreach.
• Do not use the product in bad weather or
poor light.

• Stand with both feet firmly on the ground.
• Watch out for obstructions in the work area.
• Hold the product firmly with both hands
in accordance with the instructions.
Tips
• For best results hold the trimmer head at
a slight angle to the area to be trimmed.
• The product works best when it is moved
from left to right over the area to be
trimmed. It cuts less effectively when
moved from right to left.
• Let the tip of the trimmer line cut the
grass. Do not force the trimmer head into
uncut grass.
• Contact with solid objects, such as
kurbstones, fences, walls and trees, rapidly
wears the trimmer line and can also break it.
• Avoid contact with trees and bushes. Bark,
fence posts and boarding etc. can easily
become damaged by the trimmer line.
FEEDING OUT THE TRIMMER LINE
The product has automatic feeding of the
trimmer line. Bump the trimmer head against
the ground to feed out the line.

MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
Remove the battery from the product before
cleaning, adjustment, maintenance and/
or replacing accessories. Risk of cut injuries
when handling the clearing blade – wear
safety gloves.
CLEANING
• Clean the product after it has been used
for best functionality. Clean product with a
soft brush.
