Aspects to be checked
Is the main power source
switched on?
A blue light blinks every one
second on the battery display.
Check
the
remote
battery.

Is there a thread or other object
caught on the wheel?
Is the device caught due to a
difference in floor level?
Is the dust box full?
Are there foreign substances
caught up around the opening?
Is the (H)EPA filter clean?
Is the charge base power cord
plugged in?
Is there an object near the
charge base?
Are there foreign substances on
the recharge terminal?
Is the charge base adapter OFF?
Solution
Switch on the main power
source.
Charge manually.
Operate the device using the
control
main body buttons; if that works,
replace the remote control
Charge manually
Turn off the main power source
and remove the threads or other
objects.
Lift it up and move it.
Turn off the main power supply
and clean the dust.
Turn off the main power supply
and
remove
substances from the opening.
Clean the (H)EPA filter.
Plug in the charge base.
Remove any objects around the
charge base.
Turn the main power source on
and clean the recharge
Turn the charge base adapter
ON.
Press the <MUTE > button on
the remote control.
