Torque specifications
The data specified in heading Mounting were determined once for the different types and represent binding values under optimum
conditions (e.g. straight application of thread-forming screws).
Make sure that all screws are tightened uniformly.
Recommended mounting tools:
- Torque tool 1 - 2 Nm
- Slotted and 7 mm wrench screwdrivers
- Scribing tips
- Center punch
- Metal punch Ø 5 mm
- Suitable deburring tool

Mounting of the Hood

1. Set the position
Observe interfering contours (e.g. internal door frame, frame widths, grounding studs etc.) of your enclosure. Mark the fixing
holes and the hood cut-out (compare order no.!) on the door(s) or side panels by means of the supplied drilling template.
2. Punch-mark attachment holes
3. Drill Ø 5 mm

4. Deburr holes
6. Mount the hood holder tighten the cap nuts from the inside.
Torque: 2 Nm
Insert: 7 mm wrench
8. Place the hood above the hood holder either on the door or side
panel and slide it downwards
