7. Technical Data and Limits of Use

Voltage requirements and technical details are listed on the type plate. The voltage supply must be connected via a disconnecting device (with a contact
opening of at least 3 mm).

9. Inspection / Maintenance / Repair

ATTENTION:
Work on the heat exchanger and electrical installations must only be performed by qualified personnel - see item 1. Introduction.
Disconnect the heat exchanger from power supply prior to maintaining or repairing work. Touching rotating fans and live parts may
result in sever injury or death.
Preparatory measures for the inspection and possible maintenance:
Perform a visual check prior to the start of any work.
Open the cabinet door.
Disconnect the heat exchanger from power supply.
Remove the front cover of the heat exchanger.
Adapt the intervals for inspection and maintenance to the ambient and operational conditions or to the intervals specified by the operator but perform them
at least twice a year. Use the information specified in item 11 Malfunctions – Causes - Remedies for maintenance and repair of the device.
If the device cannot be repaired on site or if you require further information or help, fill in the "check list häwa Climate Control -
malfunction" (QR-code) and send it to häwa (info@haewa.de) or contact your local sales office (see last page).
The inspection includes the control of the following heat exchanger components, the set values and the adjustments
(optional). Please note and check the following:
Please contact the responsible operator in case of any deviation of the set-values (e. g.: temperature settings).
a) Before disconnecting the heat exchanger from the power supply
External and internal fans operate without mechanical noise.
b) After disconnecting the heat exchanger from the power supply
Perform an external and internal visual control:
Check if all covers and attachment parts are present.
No damages are visible (e.g.: on sheet steel enclosure, protection grid, cables and their insulation).
If the air entry / outlet cut-outs to the cabinet (internal circuit) and to the cover (external circuit) are uncovered.
If the protection grid is free from dust and dirt.
If the fan impellers are free from dirt deposits.
If the heat exchanger (core) is free from dirt.
