Remove the front panel from the washing machine. See the model-specific TSD.

Remove the rear panel from the washing machine. See the model-specific TSD.

Unscrew the washing-machine feet. They are no longer required.
A
Place the washing machine on the weighing stand.
A
Secure the washing machine at all four corners using a bracket (1), two M6 x 25 bolts, one M6 hex nut and three B
6.4 washers at each corner. See Fig. 2.
A
Feed the connection cable from the weighing cells up through the opening in the stand.
A
Secure the weighing electronics (1) to the weighing stand with the 4.8 x 9.5 screws. See Fig. 3.
There is a sliding switch on the weighing electronics AD103C board. This must be set to position "1". The weighing
electronics cannot be signed into the washing machine's electronics if the switch is at position "0".

Connect the connection cable from the weighing cells to the appropriate socket (2) on the weighing-electronic
board. See Fig. 3.

Connect the wiring harness on the washing machine's ELP electronic to the appropriate socket (1). See Fig. 4.

Secure the wiring harness with cable holder (2) to the carrier on the ELP electronic. See Fig. 4.
A
Lay the wiring harness down the side wall and press into the cable holders in the bar in the side wall. See Fig. 5.
A
Lay the wiring harness further back behind the front spring. See Fig. 6.
A
Feed the wiring harness through the opening in the crossbar to the weighing electronics and secure with cable ties
(1) to the subframe. See Fig. 7.

Secure the wiring harness with cable ties (2) to the weighing stand. See Fig. 7.
A
Connect the wiring harness to plug (3) on the weighing electronics. See Fig. 3.
A
Fix Terostat (4) around the weighing electronics. See Fig. 3.
A
Lay foil over the weighing electronics and stick to the weighing stand so that the weighing electronics are completely
covered.

Screw the ground wire to the front of the weighing stand and to the sub-frame of the washing machine. See Fig. 8.

Loosen the transit safety device in the stand To do so, unscrew the top nut in the transport device (1) downward.
See Fig. 9.

Remove the transport safety devices in the washing machine as described in the operating manual.
A
Reinstall the rear panel on the washing machine.
A
Reinstall the front panel on the washing machine.
A
Check that there is a sufficient gap between any cladding parts and the washing-machine casing.
There must be no contact between the washing machine and the weighing stand; otherwise, incorrect measurements
could be taken.

Secure the side panels to the weighing stand. See Fig. 10.

Secure the back panel to the weighing stand. See Fig. 11.
A
Secure the front panel to the weighing stand. To do so, install the front panel down and into the side panels and then
screw into position. See Fig. 12.

Push the plate ring completely into the washing machine's drain pipe.
The plate rings serves to stabilize the drain pipe as this can distort when subjected to heat and cause leaks.
A
Push the concertina hose onto the washing machine's drain pipe and secure with a hose clip.
A
Check the drainage system for leaks.
A
Calibrate the weighing system in service mode. See the model-specific TSD.
