Cut and drill out (4 mm drill bit) the detergent dispenser box connection stubs as necessary according to the number of dispenser
pumps and the inner diameter of their connection hoses.
Warning!
Use the bottom connection stubs first.
Fit the hoses on the connection stubs, Fig. 1, Pos. 1, and fit hose clips, Fig. 1, Pos. 2, to secure them.
Danger!
With the use of acidic agents, bleaches or similar chemicals, the non-return valve (DOS-R, Mat. no. 05571620) must be fitted in the intake
path before the detergent dispenser box, in order to prevent backflow of chemicals (e.g. when containers are changed) into the suction
pipework.
Warning!
Non-return valves must not be used with alkaline agents or with fabric conditioners or liquid starch. Check with the detergent supplier.
Cut the hose just before the connection stub.
Insert both hose ends in the non-return valve and secure them with the locking bushes.
Warning!
Take care to ensure that the direction of flow is correct (see the arrow on the non-return valve), Fig. 2, Pos. 1.
Fit the dispenser pump housing DOS-G2 in its planned location (e.g. on DOS-S dispenser pump stand, Fig. 5).
Fit the cable throughfeeds on the base of the dispenser pump housing DOS-G2 with their counternuts, Fig. 3, Pos. 1, Pos. 2.
Close superfluous openings with stoppers, Fig. 3, Pos. 3.
Connect the connection wires (dispenser pump and empty sensor) in accordance with the wiring diagram, see the accessory pack
with the dispenser pump housing DOS-G2.
Fit the dispenser pumps DOS-P2 in the dispenser pump housing DOS-G2 and screw them in position, Fig. 4.
Fit the dispenser hoses and secure them with hose clips.
If using less than 3 dispenser pumps DOS-P2, the vacant pump slot should be closed with the cover provided.
Fit the casing lid with 3 self-tapping screws onto the dispenser pump housing DOS-G2.
Pass the connection wires (dispenser pump and empty sensor) through the cable throughfeeds on the connection strip to the built-in
multifunction module.
Connect the connection wires (dispenser pump and empty sensor) in accordance with the wiring diagram to the built-in multifunction
module, see the accessory pack with the dispenser pump housing DOS-G2.
Warning!
The dispenser pump and the empty sensor connection wires (power and control current) must be laid separately in order to avoid
interference in the control circuit (electromagnetic compatibility).
Warning!
For safety reasons, the length of the connection cables must not exceed 4.5 m.
Carry out a functional check.
Warning!
Carry out a functional check only with the dispenser pump system primed and filled.

Calibrate the dispenser pumps, see "Fitting instructions - Modules 1 - 5, liquid dispensing".
