SOLUTION
• Plug in the unit by connecting
it to the power adapter and
plugging it into a household
electrical outlet.
• Check circuits, fuses, try a
different outlet.

outlet or USB power source.
• Verify there is full contact with
the skin. The pulse button will
activate a flash pulse only when
the whole treatment window is in
contact with the skin.
