c) The hose should not be longer than allowed by the national laws
and regulations. Check with your local gas dealer for details. The
production date of the hose is printed on it and on the couplings.
d) If there is any damage or modification to the hose or its parts,
then it needs to be replaced. Any modification to the hose is
prohibited. If a replacement is necessary, please contact either
our Customer Service Department or your local gas dealer. The
use of non-certified or altered parts is dangerous and may result
in serious injuries.
e) Check the hose for wear or damage before using it each time.
Worn out or damaged hoses and hose lines should not be used
and have to be replaced.
f) The hose should not be twisted or bent excessively. Do not
exceed the minimum permissible bending radius of 55 mm.
g) Installations have to meet the applicable regulations and state of
the art technology.
h) The installation instructions for the hose and the appliance
have to be followed, especially for the position and alignment of
connecting points.
i) This hose should only be used in butane or propane systems
and their mixtures in the gaseous phase. Do not use for butane /
propane in fluid phase.
j) Check if the length of the hose does not impede the functioning
of a safety gas flow monitor (e.g. EN 16129. 2013, A.3, A.4).
k) Do not use in areas where the temperature exceeds 70 °C.
l) Two or more hoses should not be connected to each other.
m) The length of the hose should not exceed 40 cm when the gas
heater is fitted to a gas cylinder as described in this manual.
n) Ensure that the gas hose is not obstructed, kinked, or in contact
with any part of the gas heater other than at its connection.
