BEFORE STARTING THE ICE MACHINE

Normally, new installations do not require any adjustment. Starting the ice machine and
completing the Operational Checks are the responsibilities of the owner/operator.
Step 1 Refer to "Descaling and Sanitizing" on page 31 and sanitize the ice machine
and bin before placing in operation.
Step 2 Refer to "Ice Making Sequence of Operation - PKM0335/PKM0425/PKM0535" on
page 23
or
Refer to "Ice Making Sequence of Operation - PKU0155" on page 26.

MINIMUM/MAXIMUM SLAB WEIGHT

Adjust ice thickness to maintain the correct bridge thickness:
"Ice Thickness Check - PKM0335/PKM0425/PKM0535" on page 25
or
"Ice Thickness Check - PKU0155" on page 29.
