Wartungsplan
Der vorliegende Wartungsplan gilt für nor-
male Beanspruchung für einschichtigen
Betrieb.
Bei
härterem
mehrschichtigem Betrieb, sind die Interval-
le entsprechend zu kürzen.
Wartung 1/2jährlich oder alle
1000 h
Fahrantrieb
• Getriebe auf Geräusche und Leckagen
untersuchen.
• Getriebeölstand prüfen ggf. nachfüllen.
• Festsitz der Schraubverbindung zum
Fahrantrieb prüfen (Drehmoment beach-
ten).
• Antriebsrad auf Zustand und Abnutzung
prüfen.
• Antriebsrad, Radmuttern und Bandage
auf festen Sitz prüfen.
• Kohlebürsten im Fahrmotor kontrollie-
ren, evtl. wechseln.
• Bürstenabrieb ausblasen.
(Achtung
Abrieb ist gesundheitsgefährdend,
Atemschutzmaske benutzen)
• Laufgeräusche des Fahrmotorlagers
kontrollieren und eventuell ersetzen.
Lenkung
• Funktionskontrolle Lenkung
Prüfen auf:
- Lenkwinkel >90° beidseitig.
- Spielfreiheit bzw. Zustand der Lenk-
winkelmessung (Istwert).
- Gängigkeit Lenkgriff (Sollwert).
• Prüfen des Geradeauslaufs, ggf. Einstel-
lung des Ist-Wert-Potentiometers
(Schiene).
• Drehschemellager auf Gängigkeit und
Verschleiß prüfen.
• Spannung und Zustandder Lenkkette
prüfen.
• Leichtgängigkeit der Lenkung prüfen .
• Lenkmotor: Kohlebürsten prüfen, bei
Bedarf wechseln.
• Bürstenabrieb ausblasen.
(Achtung
Abrieb ist gesundheitsgefährdend,
Atemschutzmaske benutzen)
• Laufgeräusche der Lenkmotorlager kon-
trollieren und eventuell ersetzen.
• Prüfung der Sicherheitsabschaltung der
elektrischen Lenksteuerung. Für die
sachgemäße Umsetzung sind die Anga-
ben in den entsprechenden Herstellerun-
gerlagen zubeachten.

Maintenance schedule
This maintenance schedule is valid for
normal service with one-shift operation.
For high-duty service or for multi-shift ope-
ration, the intervals need to be shortened
respectively.
Maintenance every 6 months or
every 1000 hours.
Drive unit
1000 h
• Check gear for noises and leakages.
• Check gear oil level; fill up, if necessary
• Check firm seat of screw joint to drive
unit (observe screw connections torque).
• Check drive wheel for condition and
wear.
• Check drive wheel, wheel nuts and tyre
for tight seat.
• Check carbon brushes in traction motor;
change if necessary.
• Blow away abraded brush particles
(Caution:
The abraded particles poses a health
hazard. Use a respiratory protection
mask).
• Check for running noises at the driver
motor bearings; change if necessary.
Steering
• Function check of steering.
Check for:
- steering angle > 90° on both sides
- clearance, or condition of the steering
angle measuring equipment (actual
value)
- smoothness steering grip (rated value).
• Check the straight run, adjust actual
value potentiometer position (rail), if
necessary.
• Check swivvel plate bearing for smooth-
ness and abrasion.
• Check the tension and condition of the
steering chain.
• Check the steering for easy running.
• Check steering motor's brushes or chan-
ge if necessary
• Blow away abraded brush particles
(Caution:
The abraded particles poses a health
hazard. Use a respiratory protection
mask).
• Check for running noises at thesteering
motor bearings; change if necessary.
• Test the safety shutdown of the electric
steering control. The details given in the
relevant manufacturer's documentation
must be complied with to ensure correct
implementation.
