• Zusatzhub: Zylinder auf Leckagen, Ket-
ten auf Zustand prüfen.
• Zusatzhub: Gleitstücke Zustand und
seitliches Spiel prüfen evtl. erneuern.
• Zusatzhub mit schräger Laufrolle ohne
Gleitstück: seitliches Spiel prüfen.
• Gabeln auf Risse bzw. Verbiegungen
sichtprüfen
• Gabelarrtierungen und -sicherungen
prüfen.
• Schwenkschubgabel: Zustand und Ein-
stellung der Bauteile prüfen.
• Schwenkschubgabel: Funktionen prü-
fen.
Laufräder, Rollen
• Laufräder auf Zustand, Befestigung und
Verschleiß prüfen.
• Leichtgängigkeit prüfen.
Elektrik
• Batteriekabel, -anschlüsse, Batterie-
stecker auf Zustand und festen Sitz prü-
fen.
• Batterie:
- Batteriespannung messen (Belastung)
- Trogschluß messen
- Elektrolytstand kontrollieren.
• Funktionskontrolle Impulssteuerung
Fahren, Beschleunigen, Bremsen,
Reversieren.
• Prüfen aller Anschlüsse und Stecker auf
festen Sitz.
• Schützenkontakte auf Abbrand und
Zustand prüfen, evtl. erneuern.
• Sicherungswerte und Zustand prüfen.
Hinweis
Batteriewartung ist nicht Teil der Fahr-
zeugwartung und muß nach den Angaben
des jeweiligen Batterieherstellers durchge-
führt werden.

Lifting device
• Initial lift: Check the cylinder for leaks as
well as the condition of the chains
• Initial lift: Check the condition and lateral
play of the sliding elements and renew if
necessary

• Check forks for fissures or bends- visual
check.
• Check that the fork mechanisms work
perfectly.
• Swivel shift forks: Check the status and
setting of the components
• Swivel shift forks: Carry out a perfor-
mance check

Wheels
• Check load wheels for condition,
fastening and abrasion.
• Check smoothness of running wheel.
Electric equipment
• Check battery cable, connections, bat-
tery plug for condition and tight fit.
• Battery:
- Measure battery voltage (under stress)
- Measure tray insulation
- Check acid level
• Function check SCR, travelling, accele-
rating, plugging.
• Check all connections and plugs for tight
seat.
• Check contactor tips for burning and
condition; change if necessary.
• Check fuse values and condition.
Note
Battery maintenance is not part of the
vehicle maintenance routine and must be
carried out as specified by the battery
manufacturer.
