METAL CUTTING BLADE /PLASTIC BLADE (KNEADING BLADE)
The metal cutting blade is used for chopping hard foods, such as

onions, herbs, garlic, nuts, almonds, etc. Do not grind extremely
hard foods, such as ice cubes, coffee beans, nutmeg, etc.
The plastic blade is used for kneading dough, such as pastry and
*
pie crusts, bread dough, buns, etc.
To install the cutting blade in the appliance, place it at the bottom
*
of the bowl, lock the lid in place, and twist the hand blender's
motor unit until it locks into its adaptor on the lid.

Turn on the appliance and gradually insert the foodstuffs through

the feeder tube; never insert your fingers or another utensil.

During the blender's operation, make sure to hold the motor unit
*
in place by holding it with one hand while holding the chopping
bowl with the other.
After use, turn off the motor and dismantle the appliance, taking care
*
not to cut yourself with the metal cutting blade.
MAINTENANCE
CAUTION:
Never immerse the motor unit of the appliance or the plug
in water and never place them in a dishwasher.
Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaners on the plastic
parts to protect the plastic surface and maintain its shine.
Always disconnect the appliance before cleaning it.

Completely disassemble the product.

Note: The potato masher blade can be dismantled for more in-
depth cleaning.
Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never use a sponge or

abrasive products for cleaning.
You can clean the accessories in the dishwasher.

Note: Care should be taken to place the tip of the blades upwards
to prevent water from accumulating inside.
