U7 How to call a secondary switchboard from a
main switchboard
When calling a secondary switchboard, the main
switchboard may use one of the 3 following methods:
1. enter the number of the switchboard (e.g. 005 240)
and press :

2. scroll through the directory
until you see the name and press

When the switchboard receiving the call has its
handset lifted, it begins communicating with the
main switchboard, with a maximum conversation
time equal to audio time set on the main switchboard
(MENU/Settings/Timing/Communication - min. 10
seconds, max. 90 seconds).
In communication with
main switchboard
- to end the conversation, hang up the handset.
CAUTION!
When the secondary switchboard and main
switchboard are communicating with each other,
calls cannot be transferred or put on hold.
