When you turn the handle to the full on position,
the water will turn on.

However, when you move your hand in front
of the sensor, the water does not turn off as
it should.
□
And turning the handle to the full off position
also does not turn the water off.

This indicates that the control box and
cartridge is damaged. Turn off the water supply
and remove the control box (1). Then remove the
handle and replace the cartridge (2).
