4.2 General information for using your new refrigeration unit
The thermostat is located behind the front panel, at the lower left side.
The thermostat is pre-set at about +5°C. If a higher temperature is desired (warmer) turn
the thermostat switch ANTI-clockwise. If a lower temperature is desired (colder), turn the
thermostat switch clockwise.
Below follows a list of how some foodstuffs, which are normally stored in a cold room ought
to be stored.
FOODSTUFFS:
Potatoes
Carrots
Cabbage
Radish
Cucumber
Cauliflower
Brussels Sprouts
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Swede
Celery
Onion
Beetroot
Chinese leaves
All other foodstuffs must be stored under cover to avoid drying and/or mould.
NOTICE! Since it is not possible to create the ideal temperature for all foodstuffs, it appears
that a temperature of approx. +5
4.3 Running
The evaporation fan inside the refrigeration unit runs all the time (for as even temperature as
possible). The thermostat regulates the compressor and condenser fan.
Room temperature on the warm side of the unit must always be higher than in the cold
room. The temperature around the refrigeration unit should not be higher than an average
of 27°C!

C in the cold room is best for most foodstuffs.
