4.2 - OPERATOR

The operator starts the appliance by means of a voluntary command
thereby assuming direct control of its operation.

4.3 - INTENDED USE

The appliance is designed for use in dental laboratories. The plate (9, Fig.
2) is used as a rest for the workpiece and may be inclined in three
positions (90° ± 10°) thanks to the presence of three alternative holes in
which to tighten the positioning knob (8, Fig. 2).
The plate features a series of graduated lines that the operator can follow
when tilting the workpiece in the horizontal plane.
The appliance must not be used for any purposes other than those
established by the manufacturer.

4.4 - SAFETY WARNINGS

- The appliance must be used exclusively by skilled personnel who are
aware of the potential hazards;
- do not use the appliance in the vicinity of inflammable materials;
- do not open or disassemble the appliance when it is running;
- do not subject the appliance to excess workloads to prevent rapid
deterioration of the grinding disc, degradation of performance levels or
overheating of the motor;
- do not wear clothing with loose fitting sleeves, scarves, chains or
necklaces, bracelets, etc. which could become entrapped by moving
parts of the appliance;
- always wear safety glasses and, in the event of prolonged use,
suitable hearing protection devices (hearing defenders, earplugs, etc.);
