3. Remove the 3 screws on the rear belt guard.
Remove the belt guard.
4. Remove the 7 screws on the fan housing fully and
remove the fan housing and the top section of the
connection bend.
5. Turn the fan until you see the 2 screws. Remove the
2 screws.
6. Remove the belt from the forward pulley. Remove
the fan.
7. Remove the drive belt.

8. Install the new drive belt.
9. Make sure that the drive belt is put in correct
position.
10. Install the fan, the 2 belt guards, the fan housing and
the top section of the connection bend.
11. Adjust the tension on the drive belt. Refer to
adjust the tension of the drive belt on page 60 .
To adjust the tension of the drive belt
1. Loosen the bolts.
