Fitting Kit
- 2 Ø5 BHC screws
- 2 rubber washers
- 1 Velcro strip
Assembly
- Remove the saddles and the back shell.
- Remove the original undertray and the number plate support.
- Cut away the original undertray as shown in photo 1. You must get rid of the returns where the fixation holes
can be found on the back shell.
- Replace the undertray, find the number plate support fixation holes (hidden mostly behind the undertray), drill
them in the Ø6 then fix the undertray with the provided Ø6 screws.
- Replace the back shell, fix the clamps onto the Ermax undertray (see photo 2), position the undertray, fix on the
4 original rivets and then attach the separation tongue of the tail light with the 2 Ø5 screws and washers.
- Secure the supports for the fuses of the bike with the Velcro strip.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
Our undertray is compatible with SV 650 ABS, but you have to reduce the piece
about 3 cm at the front. This cut is under client risks and any damages caused
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical
data of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicules made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
