Fitting kit
- 4 TCC 3,5x13 screws
- 2 beleved spacers
Assembly
- Remove both saddles, the tank mask and the toolbox.
- Unscrew the front of the tank and put it on the stem of maintenance.
- Remove the rear part of the original undertray by paying attention to the electronic case and
remove the taillight of the undertray.
- Fix the taillight on the provided undertray then replace the rear shell without fixing it.
- Encase the undertray under the shell (for the sides) and between the original undertray and
fixing of framework for the front one.
- Replace the two originals screws to the front and the two original clips to the back.
- Tighten the back shell, reconnect the taillight and the indicators, and replace the tank and the
toolbox while paying attention to the CDI case.
- Replace the tank mask, the front saddle and the rear one.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
