Fitting kit
- 4 TCC screws 3,5 13
- 2 beleved spacers
Assembly
- Remove both saddles, passenger handles, right and left side panels, the original number plate support
which is in two parts (four screws) and the rear hooks fixed on the frame.
- Replace the left side panel and position the undertray, then replace the right side panel and fix all using
the four furnished screws
- Replace both passenger handles, then the rear part over the rear light, and both saddles.
- Rivet the license plate on the support foreseen for that purpose.
- You must harden the back suspension when you drive with a passenger or on a poor road surfance to
avoid damaging the undertray.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data
of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
