Fitting kit
- 4 self tapping screws
- 2 beleved spacers
Assembly
- Remove both seats, the rear seat unit, the seat lock, the CDI (black housing situated behind the
tool box), the number plate lighting unit, the indicators and the taillight.
- Cut away the original number plate support vertically from the right hand side fixing bracket of
the undertray.
- Trace cutting:
1) at the rear side : the original undertray must be cut level with the frame, only the
fixing bracket of the right hand side and the taillight support have to stick out.
2) at the right hand side : break the horizontal angle.
- Cut and offer up the undertray, straighten the cut if necessary.
- Replace the rear light, the rear seat unit as well as the saddle lock.
- Reconnect all the electric wires and the CDI.
- Replace both saddles, and then rivet the license plate on the support foreseen for that purpose.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical
data of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
With case and original tyre Metzeler in 160/60 ZR 17.
