Fitting kit
- 2 5x15 aluminium screws
- 2 0,5x10x5 plastic washers
- 1 plastic clip
- 2 beleved spacers.
Assembly
- Remove the saddles and the rear shell.
- Remove the back of original undertray by taking off the four fixing screws (toolbox support
and anti-theft support).
- Fix back up the rear shell and fit our undertray thanks to the furnished screws and washers.
- Tighten all the screws and use the plastic collar to fix the indicator relays to the frame.
- Rivet the number plate on provided support.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
