intensity level 1.
3. Press the button briefl y to switch
between the intensity levels. The
number of control lamps lit indicates
which intensity level is currently set.
 
We recommend starting with
the lowest level and gradually
increasing the level of intensity.
4. Hold the device by the handle (3) and
guide the attachment over the area of
the body you want.
Please Note: Even though the intensity
can be increased with a small amount
of pressure, you should not exert too
much pressure!
 
We recommend that you do not
massage one area of muscle for
longer than max. 15 minutes in one
go.
5. To switch off the device, press the
button for approx. 3 seconds. The
control lamps go out.

Please Note!

Do not use any sharp or abrasive
cleaning agents or cleaning pads to
clean the device. These may damage
the surfaces.
Make sure that the device is switched
off and is not connected to the mains
power.
• Remove the used attachment from
the main unit (2) and clean it. All
attachments apart from the sphere
attachment (8) can be cleaned with
warm water and a cleaning agent.
• Wipe down the main unit and the
sphere attachment with a slightly damp
cloth.
• Store the device and all accessories in
the storage bag in a dry place which is
protected from sunlight and is out of
the reach of children and animals.
