PROOF COOKING MODE
1. Turn the Mode Select knob to the BAKE
EN
setting.
2. Set the Temperature knob to the PROOF
setting.
NOTES:
a. The PROOF setting is a very low oven
temperature around 100°F [38°C] for assisting
yeast-leavened breads and other baked goods
to rise.
b. It is best to start with a cool oven when using
this setting.

Defrost
Defrost - Oven selector knob set to defrost, no temp
knob requirement. Convection fan initiates with no heat.
Dehydrate
Dehydrate - Function knob set to dehydrate icon.
Temperature knob set to dehydrate icon. Target
temperature is 135°F [57ºC]. Convection fan initiates
with bottom heating element.
Warming - Function knob set to warm icon. Temperature
Warming
knob placed into the warm range. Bottom element
initiates. Warming temperatures range from 150-250ºF
[66-121ºC] based on knob rotation.
