TURNING ON THE OVEN AND COOKING TIME
Activating timer A starts oven operation. The lamp in the cooking
chamber comes on.
The position allows oven operations for a continuous period
of time.
In order to turn the oven off, simply move the knob to position
The cooking time is set using timer A.
This operation involves turning the knob in question in a clockwise
direction until reaching the desired value.
ADJUSTING THE COOKING TEMPERATURE
The cooking temperature value is set using thermostat B. In order
to do this, it is necessary to turn the knob in a clockwise direction
and set the required value shown on the graduated scale.
UMIDIFICAZIONE
The humidity regulator C, allows humidity to be added in the cooking
chamber as desired. If turned anti-clockwise, the knob in question
allows humidity to be added until it is returned to the starting position.
If turned clockwise, on the other hand, it is possible to add humidity
to the cooking chamber at regular intervals with growing intensity.
