The unit has two cooking zones that can be set indepen-
dently. To set zones independently, verify BRIDGE is not
activated, then adjust the front and rear zones.
SI N GL E - Z O NE | BR I DG E C O O K I N G
A single cooking zone may be activated, or touch BRIDGE
to set both cooking zones to the same temperature.
This provides a larger cooking surface at a consistent
temperature.
Setting controls:
Touch ON/OFF for the front cooking zone.

Set desired temperature of the front zone.

Touch BRIDGE to activate the rear zone at the same

temperature as the front. When bridge is activated,
will illuminate on the control panel. To change the tem-
perature when bridge is activated, touch either zone.
To return to 2-zone cooking, touch BRIDGE and adjust

the temperature for each zone independently.

PR EH EAT
Preheat for approximately 10 minutes before adding food.
Food is cooked directly on the surface.
