TROUBLESHOOTING
Before calling for service, check the following items yourself.
Problem
The appliance does not operate.
Dehumidifying capacity (moisture
removal) is low.
The appliance is noisy.
Error and protection codes
Code Description
AS Humidity sensor error
ES Temperature sensor error
EC Refrigerant leakage detection
P2 Water tank is full or it is not
in right position.

 Check that the appliance is plugged into the mains socket.
 Check the fuse/circuit breaker box.
 Check if the water tank is full.
 Check that the water tank is correctly fitted.
 Check if the appliance is not turned on.
 Check that all doors or windows are closed or not opened too
often.
 Check that the room temperature is higher than 5°C.
 Check that there is no kerosene heater or other device giving off
water vapour in the room.
 Check that the filter is not clogged.
 Check that the appliance is not tilted.
 Check that the floor surface where the appliance is placed is
stable and level.
Unplug the appliance and plug it back in. If this error
repeats, call for service.
Call for service.
Empty the water tank or replace it in place.
