• Unplug the appliance from the wall socket
when not in use and before cleaning. Leave the
appliance to cool before cleaning it.
• Do not leave the power cable hanging from a
table or work surface or in contact with a heat
source.
• Place the appliance on a stable surface. Never
place it on a heated surface.
• Careful supervision is necessary when an
electric appliance is used in the presence of
children.
• Do not touch the hot parts of the appliance.
• For indoor use only.
• Do not use the appliance for any other purpose
than that for which it is designed.

refer to the following section in this leaflet:

• For disposing of the appliance, refer
to the section "DISPOSAL OF OLD
ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES".

• For the maintenance and cleaning of your
appliance, refer to the chapter "CLEANING
AND MAINTENANCE".
• Do not touch the power cord if your hands
are wet. Do not use the appliance if the power
cord is damaged or the plug is not inserted
correctly.
• Place the appliance on a stable work surface
at least 10 cm away from all neighbouring
objects.
• Do not move the appliance while it is on.
• The total weight of the cooking vessel and
food it contains must not exceed 4 kg, as this
may damage or break the appliance.
• The appliance must not be used continuously
for more than 3 hours. If you still need to use
the appliance after this time, you must switch
it off for 30 minutes before using it again.
• Unplug the power cord from the mains socket
when you are not using the appliance. During
use, you may hear high frequency noises. These
are made by the metal in the cooking vessel,
and do not mean that something is going
wrong. If the cooking vessel is moved slightly,
