ASC: Automatic speed control
(digital load compensation control):
The electronic system registers the pressure exerted on the attach-
ment during filing and compensates for the reduction in rotation
speed, so that you always have the maximum power at your
disposal.
OPC: Overload protection control
If the grinding head is blocked or stopped for too long, the elec-
tronics registers this event and switches the device to a lower,
safer operation level. However, you should not keep the device
in this state over a long period of time because it could damage
the electronics.
Maintenance-free, brushless high-performance
micromotor:
The brushes in conventional motors are subject to constant wear
and tear until contact finally breaks down altogether, necessita-
ting repairs. Brushless motors are maintenance-free and also of-
fer approx. 20% better performance than motors of a comparable
size that use brushes.
All-in-one control knob:
For ease of use, you can regulate both direction and speed of
rotation with just the one control knob.
LED display:
The large, easy to read display provides you at a glance with all
the information you need on rotation speed, direction of rotation
and manual/foot pedal control.
