Loosen Bolt.
Use enclosed wrench and loosen
enough to separate pieces.
Position Fork Block.
Slide fork block into position
with rail clip as shown.
Remove shaft from handle.
Open handle.
Hold the adjustment knob. Turn
handle clockwise to remove the shaft.
NOTE: Shaft will turn with adjustment knob.
Attach shaft.
Hold the shaft at the far end. Join the handle with
the shaft, turn the shaft counter-clockwise.
NOTE: Adjustment knob will turn with shaft.

Locking BedHead
Position Rail Clip.
If BedHead is not flat
on rail or will not fit:
Check that rail clip is
positioned where the
underside of rail is flat or
remove rail clip and rotate
the black, rectangular pad.
Reassemble and TIgHTEN.
The Bedhead is designed to attach
to standard pickup bed rails. Bed
liners may need alteration.
Hook rail clip under bed rail.
Position rail clip only where
underside of rail is flat. Loosen
bolt more if necessary, and
rotate into upright position.
Tighten.
Be sure that bolt aligns with
indentation in the fork block.
Do not overtighten. TEST
by grabbing and shaking.
If BedHead slips or loses
contact with rail, tighten more.
Install Locking Skewer.
Insert skewer.
Insert the shaft into your fork
block by twisting while pushing.
Load Bike.
Set the bicycle forks onto the skewer.
