Troubleshooting

Please contact customer service in the following situations:
• The device has been dropped, damaged, or come into contact with water.
• The adapter or power cable is damaged.
• The battery is defective.

Malfunction
The indicator light
flashes BLUE when
the robot is
attached to the
window surface.
Possible causes
1. The pads are not
properly attached.
2. Edge detection
sensor error.
3. The glass surface is
too dirty.
Corrective actions
1. Remove and re-attach pads.
2. Ensure that the pad is properly
placed and does not cover the edge
detection sensors. Clean the sensors
with a soft cloth.
3. Clean part of the window surface to
facilitate attachment of the device.
