Safety Instructions


Pull plug from socket before doing any adjustments on the tool.

Plug only to socket, if tool is switched off .

Always keep cables out of tool range. Keep cables at the rear side of tool.

Check tool cable, extension cable and plug for defects and effects of aging each time before
using the tool . Have damaged parts repaired by specialists only.

Respect instructions for prevention of accidents VBG 119 stipulated by the Health and Safety
Exececutive

Don't grab into danger area of the running tool.

Always wear eye protection when working with the tool.

Use only working tools with a permissible speed exceeding the maximum low idler speed of
the tool.

Check grinding wheels before use. The grinding wheel has to be correctly fitted and it has to
turn freely. Do a trial run with the tool of a minimum of 30 seconds without grinding. Do not use
grinding wheels which are damaged, not round or vibrating.

The tensioning nut has to be pulled tight before using the tool.

Noise level values- The typical A-graded noise level of the tool is: UAC 28 F = 79 dB (A).
When working with the tool the noise level may exceed 85 dB(A) Wear ear protection.

Vibration values- The typical graded acceleration is: UAC 28 F = 9m/s²
