TROUBLESHOOTING
Fault Recall
When the control is in standby mode (no call for heat or
cool), press the "RECALL" button for approximately two – five
seconds.
NOTE: While displaying the stored fault codes, the control
will ignore any new call for heat, cool or fan. Consecutively
repeated faults are displayed a maximum of three times.
Fault Code Reset
When the control is in standby mode (no call for heat or cool),
press the "RECALL" button for five to ten seconds or until the
diagnostic LED begins to rapid flash.
NOTE: If the switch is held pressed for over ten seconds the
rapid flash will stop and the LED will be on to indicate return
to normal status.

When the control is in standby mode (no call for heat or cool),

press the "TEST" button for greater than 1 second for a 5 sec-
ond power check of the compressor and outdoor fan. ACTIVE
delays such as short cycle timer are bypassed, and pressure
switch lockouts are also cleared.
Forced Defrost
Press the "TEST" and "RECALL" buttons simultaneously for
greater than 1 and less than 10 seconds with a call for heat.
Ambient temperature must be below the defrost enable tem-
perature. Cancel by pressing buttons again.
Pumpdown (Communicating System Only)
Press the "TEST" and "LEARN" buttons simultaneously for
greater than 5 and less than 10 seconds with no call present.
Compressor and fan will operate in high stage cooling for up
to 5 minutes and indoor blower will run on high. Cancel by
pressing buttons for 5 to 10 seconds again.
