Battery information

The battery is supplied partially charged. Com-
pletely charge the battery before using the tool
for the first time. The lithium ion battery can
be charged at any time without reducing its
service life. Interrupting the charging proce-
dure does not damage the battery.
The battery is protected against deep dis-
charging by the "Electronic Cell Protection
(ECP)". When the battery is empty, the tool is
switched off by means of a protective circuit.
Therefore do not press the on / off switch
Noise & Vibration
The declared vibration total value and the de-
clared noise emission values have been meas-
ured in accordance with a standard test meth-
od (EN 62841-1 & EN 62841-2-1) and may be
used for comparing one tool with another. The
declared vibration total value may also be used
in a preliminary assessment of exposure.
Caution! The vibration and noise
emission during actual use of the pow-
er tool can differ from the declared total value
depending on the ways in which the tool is
used, in particular, what kind of work piece is
machined.
after the machine has switched off automati-
cally. The battery can be damaged.
Due to the NTC temperature control, the bat-
tery can only be charged at temperatures be-
tween 10 °C and 40 °C.
If the temperature exceeds 70 °C during op-
eration the tool is switched off by means of
a protective circuit. Once the temperature is
between -10 °C and 70 °C, the tool can be
3
operated normally.
It is necessary to identify safety measures to
protect the operator that are based on an es-
timation of exposure in the actual conditions
of use (taking account of all parts of the op-
erating cycle such as the times when the tool
is switched off and when it is running idle in
addition to the trigger time)
Try to minimize the impact of vibration and
noise. Exemplary measures to reduce vibra-
tion exposure include wearing gloves while
using the tool, limiting working time, and us-
ing accessories in good condition.
