The domestic installation that you connect your appliance to, must
comply with national and local regulations.
• Connect the appliance to a wall outlet installed according to current
regulations.
• Check if the voltage on the type plate corresponds with the voltage
in your home.
• Keep ventilation openings in the appliance open. If you build in the
appliance, ensure that the necessary ventilation openings are not
closed off in the built-in unit.
• Never bend cooling pipes.
• To prevent damage to the cooling system, never clean the
appliance with any sharp objects. If the cooling system is damaged
and coolant is released, ventilate the room. Call Customer Service
immediately!
• Never use the base, drawers and shelves to step on.
• Never allow children to play with the appliance. Ensure that children
are never left unattended in the vicinity of the unit.
• Repairs may only be done by a qualified technician.
• If you have received a faulty refrigerator, please contact your
supplier immediately.
• Never use an extension cord to connect the appliance.
• Remove the electric plug from the socket during repairs and
cleaning.
• Never pull the plug out of the socket by the cord. Grasp the plug
itself and pull this directly out of the socket.
• Never store any explosive and flammable substances in the freezer.
Alcohol and fluids with a high alcohol content must be stored
sealed and upright.
• User the cooling section only for storing fresh food and the freezer
section (if applicable) only for storing deep-freezing products,
freezing fresh food and making ice cubes.
• Do not store any liquid in glass containers in the freezer section (if
applicable) because they can crack.
