Activate convection baking for large amounts of food on multiple
racks.
Activate convection roasting for large cuts of meat.
Bake food evenly using the lower oven burner.
Broil food using the upper oven burner only.
Bring up the Healthy Cook recipes that are specially designed for
different food types.
