INTENDED USE
This product is a portable device designed to store power and can be used to charge batteries in mobile
devices such as smartphones. It contains a built-in rechargeable battery, which can be charged via USB.
Up to two mobile devices can be charged at the same time with this product. The product features an LED
battery level indicator and is protected against overcharging, overload and short circuits. The product is
dustproof and protected against spray water when the cover for the USB connections is firmly in place.
Contact with moisture, e.g. in bathrooms, must be avoided under all circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes (CE), you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you use
the product for purposes other than those described above, the product may be damaged. In addition,
improper use can cause hazards such as short circuiting, fire, electric shock etc. Read the instructions
carefully and keep them. Make this product available to third parties only together with its operating
instructions.

MEANING OF SYMBOLS

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the operating instructions carefully and especially observe the safety
information. If you do not follow the safety instructions and information
on proper handling in this manual, we assume no liability for any resulting
personal injury or damage to property. Such cases will invalidate the
warranty/guarantee.
a) Persons / Product
• The device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. These may become dangerous
playing material for children.
• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high humidity,
moisture, flammable gases, vapours and solvents.
• Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
• If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of operation and protect it
from any accidental use. Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
- is no longer working properly,
- has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions or
- has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.
• Please handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height can
damage the product.
• Also observe the safety and operating instructions of any other devices which are connected
to the product.
• Never pour any liquids over electrical devices or put objects filled with liquid right next to the
device. If liquids or objects do get into the device interior, the product must not be used any
more; take the product to a repair centre.
• Attention, LED light:
- Do not look directly into the LED light!
- Do not look into the beam directly or with optical instruments!
• Never use the product immediately after it has been brought from a cold room into a warm
one. The condensation generated could destroy the product. Allow the product to reach room
temperature before connecting it to the power supply and putting it to use. This may take
several hours.
• Never leave the product unattended during use.

• Never expose the product to water or dampness when the cover is not in place.
• The device housing warms up during operation. Ensure that there is sufficient ventilation. The
device housing must not be covered!
b) Rechargeable batteries
• The rechargeable battery is permanently built into the product and cannot be replaced.
• Never damage the rechargeable battery. Damaging the casing of the rechargeable battery
might cause an explosion or a fire!
• Never short-circuit the contacts of the rechargeable battery. Do not throw the battery or the
product into fire. There is a danger of fire and explosion!
• Charge the rechargeable battery regularly, even if you do are not using the product. Due
to the rechargeable battery technology being used, you do not need to discharge the
rechargeable battery first.
• Never charge the rechargeable battery of the product unattended.
• When charging, place the product on a surface that is not heat-sensitive. It is normal that a
certain amount of heat is generated during charging.
c) Miscellaneous
• Consult an expert when in doubt about operation, safety or connection of the device.
• Maintenance, modifications and repairs are to be performed exclusively by an expert or at a
qualified shop.

OPERATION
Check the battery level of the internal battery before each use. Fully charge
the internal battery before each use.
Ensure that the connection specifications for your mobile device comply with
the connection data for the product (see technical data).
Always read the operating instructions for your mobile device.
Do not short-circuit the USB outputs.
The micro USB cable is not designed for data transfer.
a) Checking the battery level
To check the level of the internal battery, briefly press the multifunction button
The charging status is shown for approximately 40 seconds on the LED battery level indicator (3) as
follows.
b) Charging the internal battery
1. Charge the internal battery of the power bank when a battery level of below 25 % is indicated (only one
blue LED is on).
2. Open the cover (1) by sliding both locking buttons inwards in the direction of the arrow.
3. Connect the micro USB plug to the micro USB port (6) on the power bank.
4. Connect the USB-A plug on the micro-USB cable to a USB connection that can provide the
maximum necessary current of 2 A. Ideally, this should be a USB power adapter that conforms to the
specifications in the "Technical data" section in these operating instructions. Do NOT use a computer
USB port (2.0/3.0), as this may damage your computer. Charging begins as soon as the USB power
source delivers a current. The battery level display LEDs (3) flash to indicate that the internal battery is
charging.
Only charge the product using a USB power supply that can provide the maximum input current.
