Mounting- and operation
Your lawnmower has been manufactured accordingly to the latest safety
specifications. This includes a brake system, which will stop the engine and knife
within 5 seconds, when the brake is activated. Any safety precaution is only useful
when it is followed therefore follow these description when you mount your
lawnmower.

Identification of parts

See Figure 1
A. Starting cord
B. Discharge guard
C. Grass collector
D. Height adjustment
E. Oil lid / Oil inlet
F. Petrol lid / inlet
G. Air filter

Grass collector

Attach the collector box as shown Fig 2

Assembling

The lawn mower is supplied almost fully assembled.
Remove the lawn mower from the box and ensure that the cables aren't pinched.
 Tighten the 2 wing nuts on the bottom see Fig 3
 When the lower handlebar is mounted, mount the 2 bolts on the handlebar. Fig 4B
 Attach the bracket Fig 4A and insert recoil rope
To be able to pull the starter cord, activate the stop handle (K).
Mounting the dashboard see Fig 5
 Mount the dashboard onto the throttle and speed lever.
Tip: insert the dashboard from the throttle lever first.
 Mount the chest plate, secure with the 4 bolts from the inside.
 Adjust the cable to the handlebar, fasten with clips and cable tie. See Fig. 9

Cable adjustment

The following cables have to be adjusted:
1. Handle for speed (I)
2. Handle for wheel dirve (J)
3. Stop lever (K)
H. Primer bulb (TG685 engine)
I. The handle for speed
J. Handle for wheel drive
K. Stop handle
L. Throttle control lever
M. Bumper
N. Side discharge guard
