2 Description
The Parker domnick hunter UHPN2 range of nitrogen gas generators employ robust, field proven technology to produce ultra high purity nitrogen
for critical life science, chemical analysis and spectroscopy applications. Flow rates range from 0.55 L/min (0.02 cfm) to 3 L/min (0.11 cfm), with
purities >99.9995% ( 5ppm) at an outlet pressure of 5 barg (72.5 psig / 0.5 MPa / 500 kPa).
The generators provide a continuous stream of ultra high purity nitrogen from a single 'plug & play' unit. Models are available with and without an
integral an oil free compressor.

(1) If you are using the generator's internal Mass Flow Controller, please note that the pressure at the N2 MFC Outlet port will be approximately 0.5 bar (7.3 psi) below the set
pressure.
(2) The specified purities are referenced to 20
monitored in critical applications.
(3) The Pressure Dew Point (PDP) is the temperature at which the water vapour within the pressurised gas condenses in to a liquid.
(4) Using the 1/4 BSPP - 1/4 tube fittings provided.
(5) The power consumption in standby mode and economy mode is 3W for all models.
