If the smoke alarm is installed in
an attic, the following must be
observed regarding the inclination
of the roof:
Up to 20°: Installation as at
horizontal ceilings.
> 20°
Alternative positioning of the smoke alarm
Observe national regulations and guidelines.
More than 20°: Installation at
ceiling/roof with a clearance of
0.5 m to 1 m to the pitch.
> 20°
Attention! Smoke alarms must
not be installed outdoors.
