Problem
Hearing
amplifier emits
unpleasant
whistling
sounds.
Possible causes
The earplug of the hearing
amplifier does not fit in
your ear properly. This
may cause unpleasant
whistling sounds (acoustic
feedback) and impair the
functioning.
The hearing amplifier
microphone is covered.
The hearing amplifier is set
too loud.
Solution
Try again with another earplug.
It is recommended to use an
earplug that fits properly. If
you have any doubts, please
contact Customer Services.
Do not cover the hearing
amplifier microphone with parts
of the ear or large portions
of hair. This may encourage
acoustic feedback.
Lower the hearing amplifier
volume as described in chapter
7.
