Problem
The tone is very
weak and faint.
Possible causes
Earplug is dirty.
Microphone is dirty.
The earwax guard is dirty.
The integrated speaker
may be damaged.
Solution
Remove the earplug and clear
away coarse impurities using
the cleaning brush. Then clean
the earplug under running water.
Clean the microphone opening
carefully with the cleaning
brush.
Change the earwax guard as
described in chapter 8.
