manufacturer . Otherwise, no warranty claims will be held for any
subsequent damages .

Defective components must always be replaced with original
replacement parts . Compliance with the safety requirements can
only be guaranteed by using these replacement parts .

Never operate the device in the vicinity of naked flames (e .g .
candles), and do not place burning candles on or next to the
device . This will help to prevent fires .

Do not expose the device to water spray or dripping water, and
do not place liquid-filled objects such as vases or open drinks
containers on or near the device .

Never subject the device to extreme heat or humidity . This par-
ticularly applies to storage in a car . If the car is at a standstill for
longer periods and the weather is warm with solar irradiation,
high temperatures occur in the car interior and the glove compart-
ment . Remove electrical and electronic devices from the vehicle .

Always unplug the car charger adapter by pulling on the plug –
do not pull the cable itself .
■
Do not place any items of furniture or other heavy objects on the
cable and ensure that it cannot become bent .
