SWIVEL KNUCKLE MOUNT- REQUIRES USE
OF NTF-KN ACCESSORY
STEP 1:
Separate the two halves of the swivel knuckle
mount by removing the screw holding the knuckle
together. See Figure 1.
STEP 2:
Thread the cord coming from the luminaire through
the upper swivel knuckle mount.
STEP 3:
Remove the two screws on either side of the cord
grip on the luminaire housing. Discard screws.
STEP 4:
Attach the upper swivel knuckle mount to luminaire
housing using (2) 1/4-20 screws and lockwashers
provided with the swivel knuckle mount. Tighten
screws to 72 in-lbs ( 8 N·m).
STEP 5:
Thread the cord exiting the upper swivel knuckle
mount through the lower swivel knuckle mount
and out of the nipple at the base of the lower swivel
knuckle mount.
STEP 6:
Reassemble the two halves of the swivel knuckle
mount and begin tightening the screw holding the
two halves of the swivel knuckle mount together. Do
not fully tighten screw.
STEP 7:
Pass cord through hole in junction box cover or
other customer supplied mounting and thread
nipple into mount. Use nut on nipple to lock
luminaire in position.
