HEART RATE

In order to activate the Heart rate monitor, please select the heart rate interface on
your device.

Then, tap on the screen to start monitoring your heart rate.

You can also enable automatic monitoring by going to the Settings tab
of your mobile App, then click on the Heart Rate section and enable
automatic tracking.

Once activated, two green Led lights will start flashing on the back of
the watch.
