• The conveyed liquid (rain, tap or well water) must be as clean as possible. Contamination (e.g. sand,
earth, leaves, etc.) not only cause increased wear and thus reduced submersion pressure pump service
life, but also poses the danger of mechanical blocking of the drive rotor and shut-off of all intake
openings.
Regular inspection of the submersion pressure pump function therefore is absolutely requried, also in
automatic operation.
The maximum grain size for contamination is 5 mm.
• The product is not suitable for conveying potable water.
• No persons must be present in the conveyed medium during operation.
• Consequential damage caused by malfunction or interference at the submersion pressure pump must
be prevented by suitable measures (e.g. water level indicator, sensors, alarm devices, backup pump,
etc.).
• If the product is brought from a cold into a warm room (e.g. for transport), it is possible that condensation
develops. This causes danger to life from electric shock!
Therefore, you should allow the product to warm up to room temperature before using it or connecting
it to the mains voltage. This may take several hours.
• The product is only suitable for use in temperate, not tropical, climates.
• Do not leave packaging material unattended. It may become a dangerous toy for children.
