Maximum pressure
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
OPENING: The handle of the lid must be at 180° with the lower part to the top. Curve slightly the
lid (about 45°); then remove it.
CLOSING: The handle of the lid must be in the "opening" position. Put the lid on the pot inclining
it slightly; so it can be correctly inserted. Then place it in a plain position. Turn the handle in the
opposite direction until it is completely closed.
VOLUMES TO USE:
their volume or that produces foam during cooking, as chick-peas or beans.
Pay attention when you cook foods as apples, cherries, sour cherries, barley, peas, legumes or pasta (vermi-
celli, maccheroni, spaghetti, etc) because they can produce foam or increase the volume until escaping from the pot
and blocking the steam system. We recommend not to cook lentils.
Pay attention when you cook rice or similar foods, because they can stick to the bottom.
BEFORE COOKING:
Be sure that the valve of exercise rises and lowers without problems
Before starting cooking, be sure that the pot lid is perfectly closed.
COOKING:
that there is enough pressure formed in the pot.
When the steam starts to escape put the lever of the valve of exercise from the vertical to the
moment.
DURING COOKING, be sure that the valve of exercise works well. Press slightly on it the valve must
emit a single and sudden throw of steam, discharging the pressure in the pot.
