Pneum. Parallel Crimping Machine
The FMP-20 is a pneumatic crimping machine for the WDT interchangeable crimping system built as a complete
table top unit.
With the FMP-20 the most common terminals on the market can be crimped with the WDT interchangeable
crimping system.
All other applications of the pneum. Crimping-Unit FMP-20 are only permitted with a written permission

of the manufacturer.
For all unauthorised applications of the pneum. Crimping-Unit FMP-20 the manufacturer can not be
held liable for any resultant damage or injury.
1.03 Funktion / Fonction / Function
Passend zum Presskabelschuh wird ein auswechselbares WDT Crimpwerkzeug in der FMP-20 montiert.
Die Presskabelschuhe werden mit der WDT Einschubvorrichtung und dem passenden Führungsteil wiederholge-
nau in das WDT auswechselbare Crimpgesenk eingeführt.
Durch das pneum. Fusspedal wird der Crimpvorgang ausgelöst und der Presskabelschuh verarbeitet.
Das pneum. Crimpgerät FMP-20 ist mit einer pneum. Zwangsablaufsteuerung ausgerüstet und gewährleistet eine
gleichbleibende Crimpqualität.
Bei demontierter transparenten Schutzabdeckungen aus Makrolon ist das Crimpgerät FMP-20 (betrifft nicht
die FMP-20 BA mit Kontakthalterung) automatisch blockiert.
Sind die Crimpbacken durch einen Bedienungs- oder Handhabungsfehler oder durch falsches Einlegen eines Press-
kabelschuhes blockiert, wird das Crimpgerät FMP-20 durch den RELEASE-Knopf gelöst.
La matrice interchangeable du système WDT est sélectionnée selon le type de la cosse à sertir.
Les cosses à sertir seraient positionnées correcte et réitérant par le guide et le support tiroir WDT dans la matrice
interchangeable WDT.
La machine FMP-20 sert les cosses à sertir par la commande à pied pneumatique.
Toutes les machines FMP-20 sont équipées par un système de verrouillage pneumatique qui garanti une qualité
équivalent.
Ci la protection transparente en Macrolon est relevée, la machine FMP-20 (n'est pas valable pour la machine
FMP-20 BA) est bloquée.
Quand les mâchoires restent coincée à cause d'un maniement ou manœuvre incorrect ou faux placement de la
cosse, appuyer le bouton RELEASE et les mâchoires s'ouvrent.
According to the type of terminal select the appropriate interchangeable WDT crimping die and installed into
the die holders.
With the WDT push-in device and the right locator the terminals are positioned correct and repetitive in the WDT
interchangeable crimping-die.
By pressing the pneumatic foot pedal the crimping cycle of the FMP-20 is activated.
All crimping machines FMP-20 are equipped with a positive closing mechanism and guarantees a constant crimp
quality.
If the transparent safety guard made of Macrolon is not installed, the pneum. crimping-unit FMP-20 (not valid for the
pneum. crimping-unit FMP-20 BA) is disabled.
In case of blocked jaws caused by operation or handling-errors or wrongly placed terminals, press the RELEASE-
button to open the jaws.
