To remove the battery when disposing of this unit
The following instructions are not
intended for repairing purposes
but for the disposal of this unit.
This unit is not restorable once
disassembled.
When disposing of this unit, take
out the battery installed in this unit
and recycle it.
• Use up the battery before disassembling.
• Keep the screws out of reach of children
to prevent swallowing.
• Do not disassemble the battery.
• Do not heat or expose to flame.
• Do not short circuit.
• Do not disassemble, crush.
• Do not re-use.
• Do not place in microwave ovens.

Remove all screws (4) in the
image below.
• Use a cross-slot screwdriver.
(commercially available).

Remove the cover A.
• A double-sided adhesive strip is
attached to the cover A. Inserting a
flat-head screwdriver or similar in
the groove and prising the cover
loose will allow easier removal.

Turn over this unit and remove
the cover B, then grab the cable
C and pull it out.
Grab the cable D and pull it out.
Take out the battery.
• A double-sided adhesive strip is
attached to the battery.
