Unlocking the escape door control system
TT If the key-switch in the door terminal is
briefly turned anti-clockwise, the locking
element will unlock.
The green LED in the door terminal lights
up, signalling „Escape door unlocked"
status.
Operating status - unlocking

Emergency unlocking of the escape door
control system
TT If the emergency switch in the door
terminal is operated, the locking element
is unlocked immediately.
In this case, the emergency switch control
element remains in the „Emergency
unlocking" condition until it is manually
reset.
Ext If the system is linked to a fire alarm
system or central emergency unlocking
unit, the external closed circuit signal will
be delivered to two spare operating
relays (terminals 22/23).
The power supply for these can be tapped
from connecting terminals 1 and 2 of the
escape door control unit or be affected
through an external 24 VDC power supply.
If no fire alarm system or central

emergency unlocking unit is connected,
the relays (connecting terminals 22/23)
must be connected direct to the power
supply at terminals 1/2.

Sabotage indication at door
terminal 1337-10 (11)
TT If the door terminal housing is opened, a
door terminal, indicating „Emergency
unlocking" status.
In addition, a signal relay is activated in
the escape door unit which, being non-
isolated (24 VDC), signals the emergency
situation.

LED display in door terminal
= yellow and green LEDs light up together
(can also be signalled externally).
The acoustic signal transmitter in the
door terminal
= activated
(can also be signalled externally).
sabotage contact (closed circuit contact)
immediately activates the „Sabotage"
signal.
This signal activates the acoustic signal
transmitter.
The signal can be identified at the door
terminal by the yellow LED being lit.
As soon as the door terminal housing is
closed again, the „Sabotage" indicator
lamp goes out and the acoustic signal
emitter is switched off.
The escape door locking element is not
unlocked as a consequence of the „Sa-
botage" signal.
The respective operating status (unlocked
or locked) of the escape door control
system remains unaffected.
